Healing Ceremony

Ancestral Regression Healing

What no longer belongs to you.

Inherited grief, silence and unprocessed pain, held in the body and the bones, are gently identified and offered back to the lineage: transmuted, freed, laid to rest.

What This Work Is

Some of what we carry was never ours to begin with. Grief, silence and unprocessed pain can be held in the body and the bones, passed down long before us. In this work, those inherited burdens are gently identified and offered back to the lineage: transmuted, freed, laid to rest. In their place, a sense of direction, lightness and selfhood that can feel like coming home.

You Might Recognise This

People who come to this work often describe:

  • Patterns or pain that feel older than your own life
  • A weight you cannot trace to anything that happened to you
  • Grief or silence that seems to run through your family or line
  • A sense of carrying something on behalf of those who came before

How Your Time Is Held

Your session is an unhurried held space of around one to two hours. We are never rushed, and the time either side of the work is part of the care.

  1. Arrival and Settling

A warm welcome, and a gentle conversation about what has brought you. Before any of the deeper work begins, I make sure you are properly grounded, centred and held. This is not something done to you: we enter the healing journey together, both fully present and involved throughout.

  2. The Healing Work

Inherited burdens held in the body are gently identified and offered back to the lineage, freed and laid to rest.

  3. Grounding and Integration

Time to come gently back to earth, to feel heard, and to begin to process what has moved. Because this work goes deep, this part is never rushed: many people feel spacious or far away straight afterwards, and I will not send you back out into the world until you feel steady.

Caring For Yourself Afterwards

Because this work goes deep, what you do afterwards matters as much as the session itself. I will always talk it through with you, and the general guidance is gentle: drink plenty of water, and give yourself quiet time and space rather than rushing back into a busy day. You may feel a little more open or sensitive for a while, so be kind to yourself, keep anything demanding for another day, and let yourself simply think and process. Somewhere quiet to land is ideal. You are always welcome to be in touch as things settle.
